Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups cambray potato
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Boil the chambray potatoes in salted water and let them boil, but do not fall apart.
Remove them from the water and when they cool a bit, cut them in half.
Heat the oil and add the chambray and salt potatoes to taste and cook until golden brown.
Add the garlic and rosemary and then the pepper until golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

You can combine it with more vegetables such as a salad of lettuce or a strong dish.

TIPS

You can use red or white cambray potatoes.
