Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 potatoes
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • 300 grams manchego cheese
  • 100 grams butter
  • 150 grams Ham

Preparation

In a pot put the potatoes to preheat in water.
Once ready, cut the potatoes into slices.
In a refractory put a layer of potatoes, butter, cream, salt, pepper, manchego cheese and ham. Repeat the process until you finish putting all the slices of potatoes.
Cover the refractory with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove the aluminum and leave for 10 more minutes.
To serve.
