Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of potato
  • enough of olive oil
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of Nestle media creama
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1/2 Cup of milk for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of chicken cooked and shredded
  • enough of coriander chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (392F)
    On a board cut one end of the potatoes lengthwise. Place them on aluminum foil, bathe with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the potatoes and bake about 40 minutes or until they are soft. Remove and reserve.
    Blend half cream with cream cheese, chipotle, milk, lemon juice, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
    With a spoon, hollow out the potatoes taking care not to break them. Reserve the filling.
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion with the garlic, add the chicken, the stuffing of the potato and the sauce. Cook about 5 minutes or until thicken, rectify the seasoning.
    Fill the potatoes with the chicken stuffing, garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy. Accompany with salad.

    TIPS

    We suggest that when the potatoes are almost ready, remove the aluminum foil from the oven so that they are more golden brown.
