Preparation
To divide the potatoes in 2, and to cook until they are cooked. Once cooked, drain the water and let cool for a few minutes.
Chop the onion in squares Heat a pan, add the ground meat, season with salt, garlic and pepper, add the onion and wait for it to brown. Add the cream and chipotle, stir a few minutes and turn off.
With a spoon remove the stuffing from the potato and reserve. Fill the potato halves with the ground meat and add the cheese at the end. Place a few seconds in the microwave to melt the cheese, and serve.
