Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 potatoes, big
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • to taste sea salt
  • 1 cup bacon, diced
  • 1 cup Ham, diced
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 190 grams cream cheese, 1 package
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • to taste parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the potatoes in aluminum foil, add the butter and the grain salt, wrap and bake for 40 minutes.
Place the potatoes on a short board the top and with a spoon hollow the potatoes, reserve the filling.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon, add the ham, onion, garlic, potato filling, cream cheese, parsley and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the potatoes with the previous preparation and cover with manchego cheese, bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is gratin.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

On a plate decorated with lettuce leaves.

TIPS

Do not overcook the potatoes, otherwise they will break and you will not be able to fill them.
