Preparation
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and the ham into medium pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic. The oil must be very hot.
Add the ham, cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Fry the potatoes in the same oil and cook over low heat for 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the beer and let reduce for 10 minutes on high heat.
Season and serve hot.
