Potatoes with parsley are a good accompaniment to any meat. You can also use them to put them on your cod or your picadillo.

Preparation
Put the potatoes to cook in salted water. When they are 3/4 of cooking take out of the water.
In a pan put olive oil and put the potatoes (you want them to take color but without being burned).
Add salt of grain, garlic and lemon juice.
Add the parsley already at the end.
