Preparation
Cook the potatoes in salted water. Drain them.
Beat the eggs with the milk, add the potatoes and half the cheese. Place this mixture in a mold and match.
Cover with the rest of the cheese. Take the mold to the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 175oC. 4. Chill and serve.
