Delicious potato quiche and gruyere cheese, perfect to accompany a dish with meat or fish. If you are a person who likes cheese, the quiche is ideal for you. You can substitute the gruyere cheese for the cheese that you like the most. The potatoes add a creamy consistency to the dish.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk

Preparation

Cook the potatoes in salted water. Drain them.
Beat the eggs with the milk, add the potatoes and half the cheese. Place this mixture in a mold and match.
Cover with the rest of the cheese. Take the mold to the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 175oC. 4. Chill and serve.

PRESENTATION

Present it directly in the mold.

TIPS

Serve it as an appetizer or as a snack!
