Ingredients

  • 20 cambray potatoes median
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1/4 of bunch of parsley severely cut
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of sea ​​salt
  • 1 1/2 liters of Water

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Cut the potatoes into slices, taking care that the cut is superficial, so that they do not separate into slices.
Add the water to a pot, place the potatoes and cook for 7 minutes.
Add oil and salt to a garlic clove, wrap it in foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the garlic from the oven, cut it off and extract the puree. Add the puree to the rest of the olive oil, salt and pepper the potatoes previously drained with this preparation.
Place the potatoes in a tray and bake for 10 minutes. After that time, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with parsley.
