French-cut potatoes, marinate for 1 hour and fry in enough sunflower oil, then put them on an absorbent paper and serve with tomato sauce (delicious).

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 kilos potato
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 10 allspices
  • salt, to taste
  • ketchup, To accompany
  • 3 glasses Water

Preparation

To marinate the potatoes: grind the garlic, onion, pepper, salt to taste in 3 glasses of water, cut the French type potatoes and marinate for an hour. Fry in enough oil and sunflower and drain on absorbent paper.
It serves as a garnish for any dish or simply for the children who are on vacation.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with coriander twigs.
