  • 6 pieces of potato without the peel and cut into cubes

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt

  • 1 Cup of Vegetables soup
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the potatoes in a pot with boiling water, a little salt and the laurel until they are very soft. Remove and strain.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the potatoes for a minute, add the garlic powder, the salt, the vegetable broth, the parsley. With the help of a masher, form the puree until a smooth mixture is obtained. Remove and reserve.
