Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams cheese, provoletta
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated tomato
  • fresh rosemary, to decorate
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Cut the provoletta cheese into very thin slices and divide the cheese into two plates.
Heat the cheese in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Add the dehydrated tomato and a sprig of rosemary.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to each plate and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
