Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 pumpkins, grated throughout
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oils

Preparation

Grate the pumpkins in an orizontal way so they simulate the pasta.
Place a little olive oil in a pan and place the pumpkins.
Once they are almost cooked add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
Let cook for a few minutes and serve.
