These pumpkins are prepared boiled, and filled with a delicious creamy chicken salad. As in many diets and specifically a keto diet, carbohydrates are limited, this will be a balanced meal and certainly low in calories. Ingredients

4 servings
  • enough of Water
  • enough of Salt
  • 4 pieces of green pumpkin italian
  • 2 cups of chicken cooked and deshebrado
  • 1/3 of Cup of Mayonnaise chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard yellow
  • 1/4 of Cup of fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon Fried and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of McCormick® Powder Garlic
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • enough of coriander Leaves, to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a pot with water and salt, when it boils add the pumpkins and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the shredded chicken with the mayonnaise of chilies, mustard, coriander, celery, fried bacon, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Using a knife, cut the ends of the pumpkins, cut in half lengthwise and hollow with the help of a spoon.
    Stuff the pumpkins with the salad and garnish with fresh cilantro. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    TIPS

    For the mayonnaise of chilies, just mix mayonnaise with dried chili powder and go. If you want to make it homemade, roast the dried chiles over low heat in the comal and blend until you get a fine powder.
