Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo cornmeal
  • 500 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/2 kilos pork rind

Preparation

Mix the corn flour, with water until the dough forms.
Prepare the quesillo or mozarella cheese until there are no lumps.
