  • 1 piece of chayote squash

    Preparation

    Wash and peel the chayote with a sharp knife. Cut in slices.
    Steam the chayote with water previously filtered or boiled for 15 minutes.
    Make a porridge of the cooked chayote adding 1 tablespoon of the water with which the chayote was cooked.
    Store in glass containers and serve little by little in the baby's dish, so that if you do not finish it, it can be stored and used the next day.

    TIPS

    The experience with my daughter eating chayote was excellent. He ate half a chayote at mealtime and half a chayote on the night before his bath. He liked the taste and texture very much.
