This delicious mashed potato with parmesan is a great accompaniment to a pepper fillet of beef.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 750 grams potato, peeled
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cups cream
  • 1/3 cups parmesan cheese
  • white pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cook in water with a little sea salt.
Once cooked they are placed inside a food processor until it takes on a uniform texture.
Add butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, white pepper, salt and nutmeg into the food processor.
Mix well until it becomes pureed.

TIPS

Achieve the best texture of mashed potatoes using a food processor, you will save a lot of time and it will look great.
