Delicious slices with gouda cheese and panela. Prepare this Mexican dish to make a taquiza or accompany a white rice.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Green rajas, poblanas
  • 100 grams panela cheese, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 100 grams Gouda cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • 2 grams salt, to taste
  • 2 grams black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In the pan, place the oil in the poblano rajas and the onion to cook for 1 minute.
Add the evaporated milk, add chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and add the cream.
Cut the panela cheese into squares and add them to the slices and let them cook for 2 minutes.
Finally place the gouda cheese on top and let it grate.

TIPS

You can accompany the slices with white rice and beans. It is perfect stew for a taquiza.
