Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 6 poblano peppers
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 can whole corn kernels
  • 100 milliliters skim milk
  • 200 milliliters cream, reduced in fat
  • 250 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 grams chicken consommé
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Roast chiles directly in the flame and put them in a plastic bag to sweat for about 10 minutes, clean and peel them; then cut them in rajas.
Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, cook the onion and garlic until transparent. Then add the chicken concentrate, poblano chile slices and corn kernels; let cook for a few minutes without stopping to move.

PRESENTATION

Add the milk, let evaporate a little, add the cream and cheese, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

TIPS

To make this recipe in less time and in a more practical way, you can use chilies to fill frozen, which come in a bag and get them in the refrigerated area in the super.
