Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 poblano peppers, frozen
  • 300 grams panela cheese, in small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine Primavera® Kitchen Without Salt

Preparation

Cut the chiles into slices.
Sauté the slices in a hot pan with the oil.
Add the cream and the Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth, panela cheese, mix and let the first boil.
Remove from the fire and serve.
