  • 8 poblano peppers, frozen
  • 300 grams panela cheese, in small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking

Preparation

Cut the chiles into slices.
Sauté the slices in a hot pan with the oil.
