A delicious fried rice with bacon, chicken and shrimp, marinated in eel sauce with fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery, onions and a touch of cilantro. Garnished with cream cheese.

Preparation
In a pan sofrie the rice with a teaspoon of oil, since it has a coffee-brown color, put it to cook in 2 cups of water and boiling. Remove and let cool. I do this step the night before to use it quickly as an ingredient.
In a pan sofrie the carrot and celery, add 1 egg and fry all together. Separate it in a dish for later.
Marinate the chicken and shrimp in eel sauce for 15 min in the refrigerator (chicken in cubes and shrimp peeled and deveined). Then cook it in a pan with the bacon. Set aside.
In a large and deep pot put a teaspoon of oil add the white rice cold vegetables cpn egg, chicken, shrimp and bacon, spoonful of sugar, salt and garlic. Stir and add everything over low heat, add the soy sauce and eel sauce to taste and keep moving, finally add the cilantro and the onion in small slices.
