Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 plantains

Preparation

With a little oil fry the rice, when it is hot add the water, leave on low heat until it is cooked.
In a pan put the oil and wait for it to heat up.
Cut the bananas and add them to the oil.
Wait for them to brown, put them on a plate with a paper napkin to absorb the oil.
Add the bananas to the rice.
