Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups Pre-cooked SOS® rice
  • saffron
  • 1 onion
  • onions, of green
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cans octopus, in oil
  • 1 can mussel
  • 1 can squid, in ink

Preparation

Prepare the rice with water and salt as usual but add saffron to the water to make the rice yellow.
In a pan put a little of the oil in which the octopus comes and fry the chopped onion, chopped peppers and garlic, add all the drained seafood and salt, pepper and paprika to taste, keep sautéing for a while until they are hot .
In a large bowl put the rice and mix the seafood. Let rest a little before serving so that the rice takes the taste of seafood.
