This recipe is a delicious fried rice with vegetables. Complement your usual rice with a few vegetables and give it more flavor at mealtime.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion, slice with everything and the stem
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can carrot, in cubes
  • 1 cup corn kernels, yellow
  • 2 cups White rice
  • 4 cups Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 4 measurements coconuts, media
  • 3 tablespoons cambray onion, tails, chopped

Preparation

Defrost the peas and the corn. Reserve together with the carrot.
Then in a deep pan heat the oil of sesame and soy.
Then add the onion, ginger, garlic and mix; add the vegetables and then the rice with the water or chicken broth.
Cook until the rice is fluffy.
Serve in half coconuts and decorate with onion canes cambray.
