A very rich way to accompany your Spanish rice is by adding pieces of fish to complement and give more flavor to your dish. Resulting in a complete meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® Spanish rice
  • 2 Fish fillets, of your choice
  • 1/2 cups almond, filleted and toasted
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Blend the milk, water, almond and Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth perfectly and pour the mixture into a pot. Empty the contents of the envelope of Knorr® Spanish Rice together with a tablespoon of oil and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Cut the fish into medium cubes and roast them in a pan with the remaining tablespoon of oil.
Once the rice is cooked, add and integrate the fish. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
