Blend the milk, water, almond and Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth perfectly and pour the mixture into a pot. Empty the contents of the envelope of Knorr® Spanish Rice together with a tablespoon of oil and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Cut the fish into medium cubes and roast them in a pan with the remaining tablespoon of oil.
Once the rice is cooked, add and integrate the fish. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
