Preparation
Wash the rice and cook it in the 2 cups of boiling water.
Meanwhile, in a pan with the 4 tablespoons of oil, brown the almonds and nuts slightly, reserve and brown the onion with poblano and morron chiles.
Add the rice along with the rest of the ingredients, stirring casually leave on low heat for about 5 minutes. Let rest and serve. Ready to enjoy it.
