Recipe of a own rice of a summer afternoon or equally the perfect accompaniment of the turkey or chicken. Enjoy this delicious Cecilia style rice and use it as a garnish with any dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup White rice
  • 2 cups Water, boiling
  • 5 tablespoons almond, filleted
  • 5 tablespoons walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups raisin
  • 1/4 cups dehydrated cranberry
  • 1 poblano pepper, roasted, deveined, in rajas
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 onions, median in moons
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, powdered
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Wash the rice and cook it in the 2 cups of boiling water.
Meanwhile, in a pan with the 4 tablespoons of oil, brown the almonds and nuts slightly, reserve and brown the onion with poblano and morron chiles.
Add the rice along with the rest of the ingredients, stirring casually leave on low heat for about 5 minutes. Let rest and serve. Ready to enjoy it.
