Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams rice
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 cups tomato sauce
  • extra virgin olive oils

Preparation

Put water and onion in a pot, when it breaks to boil, add the rice and close.
Remove after five minutes.
Remove the onion.
Pass the rice through cold water and drain.
Present on the plate.
Fry the eggs and place one on each plate.
Peel the bananas and break them, first in half and then in quarters.
Fry and place on the plate. Heat the tomato sauce and serve in a sauceboat.
