Preparation
In a large pot heat the chicken broth and water until it starts to boil.
Add the rice and salt and cook until it boils.
Cover the pot, lower the heat and cook until the rice is cooked and has absorbed all the liquid.
With a fork remove the rice a little and add the coconut milk, lemon and pepper. Mix well.
