Ingredients

3 portions
  • 500 milliliters Water, purified
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour, 3 star
  • brown sugar, or corn honey to taste
  • 1 star anise

Preparation

We put to heat 450 ml of water in a small but deep pot and add the star anise.
With the remaining 50 ml of water we will dissolve the 2 tablespoons of rice flour.
When the boil has arisen in our pot, pour the dissolved rice flour and move a little, let it boil again and remove from the heat.
We can serve the atole in cups, if it is for children or adults and we sweeten individually, the same with baby's bottles.
This atole can be consumed as water for use or to prepare the formula of the baby.

TIPS

If a day goes by and there is plenty of atole, it should be discarded and fresh.
