Preparation
Heat the water with cinnamon and when it boils, add the rice, cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Pour the milk and the carnation, mash it and continue the simmering for 20 to 25 minutes or until it thickens.
Serve warm or cold and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
