Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of rice soaked 10 minutes in boiling water
  • 2 cups of Water hot
  • 1 drizzle of vanilla extract
  • 3 pieces of whole clove
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of coffee liqueur

    Preparation

    In a deep mold suitable for microwaves put the rice with 2 cups of hot water, vanilla and cloves, cover with self-adhesive paper and bake for 14 minutes.
    The milk and coffee liqueur are mixed and added to the cooked rice.
    Bake for 5 more minutes with the container covered.
    Let stand in the microwave for 3 minutes, remove and stir with a fork without beating.
