Preparation
Soak the kilogram of rice in warm water until the rice is soft.
Boil the liter of whole milk in a pot with three tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
Empty the rice soaked in the milk and let simmer so that the milk does not stick.
When you are ready to pour 1 can of condensed milk and leave for 5 more minutes to cook.
Allow to cool and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Serve and decorate with raisins to taste.
