A recipe for children and adults delicious! It is a typical Mexican dessert that we all love thanks to its rich combination of flavors.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo rice
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • raisins, to taste

Preparation

Soak the kilogram of rice in warm water until the rice is soft.
Boil the liter of whole milk in a pot with three tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
Empty the rice soaked in the milk and let simmer so that the milk does not stick.
When you are ready to pour 1 can of condensed milk and leave for 5 more minutes to cook.
Allow to cool and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Serve and decorate with raisins to taste.
