Preparation
Place the rice with 2 cups of water and sugar in the Express® Pressure Cooker over high heat.
Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker, and that's it! Drain and reserve.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan over medium heat place the milk with the cinnamon slit and the orange strips. Boil slightly for 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard cinnamon and orange strips.
Integrate condensed milk, sugar, butter and cream to beat and mix constantly with a wooden spoon to avoid sticking to the base of the pot.
Boil a few minutes and remove from heat. Add the cooked rice and mix until completely integrated. Pass the rice to a refractory bowl and let cool.
Serve in small glasses decorating with cinnamon to taste.
