Preparation
Wash the rice, put it in a bowl of hot water and let it soak for 15 minutes. Drain and cook in two cups of water, very low heat so that it does not fall apart.
When cooked, add milk, sugar and eggnog; mix carefully. Cook over low heat until thick; move frequently but carefully so as not to beat it.
Remove from heat let cool to room temperature and serve.
