Tuna stuffed rice balls that your kids will have fun making for their Lunch.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup rice, normal washing
  • 1/2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 3 cups Water
  • seaweeds, in sheet to decorate

Preparation

Wash the rice until the water does not turn white.
Separate the tuna and cook all other ingredients over low heat.
Once cooked spread and let cool.
Take the desired portion of rice, put a large spoonful of tuna in the center and form a ball.
Finally, children decorate the balls with cuttings of algae leaves.

PRESENTATION

To put in the lunch box can go in jelly cups or on a plate wrapped with transparent plastic.

TIPS
