Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups SOS® Minutes (Instant) Rice, Cooked
  • 1/2 cups wheat bran, ground
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 250 grams corn
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 3 tablespoons pinion
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • olive oils, the necessary

Preparation

In a bowl mix the first 10 ingredients.
In the blender place the peanut butter, soy sauce, yogurt and egg whites until they are integrated. Add to the previous mix, moving until they join.
Form 16 hamburgers and pass through the ground bread. Heat a little oil, fry each one until brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with tomato and lettuce.

A través de Android En este caso, yo utilicé sopa de arroz que tenía de un día previo para no desecharlo...cumplí ese proposito porque la verdad quedaron exquisitas!!! Omití algunos ingredientes como la soya, el yogurth y el jengibre y le puse mi toque personal. Gracias por compartir la receta!
