Preparation
In a bowl mix the first 10 ingredients.
In the blender place the peanut butter, soy sauce, yogurt and egg whites until they are integrated. Add to the previous mix, moving until they join.
Form 16 hamburgers and pass through the ground bread. Heat a little oil, fry each one until brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with tomato and lettuce.
