Turn your rice recipe around and prepare this rice with broccoli and cheese in just 3 steps. This dish is delicious and ideal as a garnish, with its creamy texture. Since it is very easy and quick to make, do not forget to serve it hot and accompany it with some parsley leaves. To prevent the rice from beating, do not mix or stir while cooking.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of pre-cooked rice
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1/2 Cup of cream
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup of Manchego cheese
  • parsley chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a deep pan, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, rice and fry until golden brown. Pour the chicken stock and cook for 15 minutes.
    Pour the cream, milk and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add the cheese and cook until it melts.
    Serve hot, decorate with parsley and enjoy.
