Preparation
Wash the rice and let it drain for 2 minutes.
In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the rice while stirring until it is lightly browned.
Blend the onion with the garlic, tomato puree, salt, pepper, cumin and water.
Since the rice is brown, add the previous mixture with the carrot and the tree chili, mix until it boils and heat over low heat with a lid for 15 to 20 minutes or until the water evaporates.
