Preparation
Use a non-stick pan so that the rice does not stick.
Fry the rice until it changes to a golden color.
Blend the tomato, onion and garlic with a little water. Empty on rice.
Season with salt and pepper. If you prefer you can also put a Swiss knorr cube.
Add chicken broth to rice and vegetables. If necessary, you can add more water, but you only need to cover the rice.
Let it cook until the water evaporates.
