Preparation
Follow the packaging instructions. Wash the rice until the water is clean, drain well. Heat in a medium saucepan oil over medium heat and fry the rice moving gently, preventing it from splitting. This should take a slightly golden color (very light) and the grains will separate from each other. Remove excess oil if necessary.
Add the water and let it boil, empty the contents of the Knorr® MiArroz® White envelope.
Incorporate the elotitos and mix perfectly well. Let it boil and reduce the heat to the maximum.
Cover and let cook 20 min or until the liquid has completely absorbed.
Turn off the heat and add the poblano strips, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
