Preparation
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots and corn kernels, brown for 2 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for 1 more minute. Add the water, the envelope of Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning and allow it to start boiling. Cover and cook over low heat until the rice is ready and all the water is absorbed.
For the chipotle sauce, liquefy the chipotle, the cilantro, the bottom bench, the garlic and the pepper.
Mix the sauce with the rice and serve decorating with sprigs of coriander.
