Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 carrot, cut into small squares
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups chicken consommé

Preparation

With a little oil fry the rice, when you sing add the consommé, add the carrot and leave on low heat until the rice is cooked.
