Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups chicken consommé
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup corn grain

Preparation

With a little oil fry the rice, when you sing add the broth, after 10 minutes of cooking add the corn kernels, continue leaving on low heat until it is almost cooked.
Pass the rice to a refractory, put the cream and on top the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
