Preparation
Place the rice in a colander and wash it directly into the water stream. Let it drain and then dry with a cloth.
To a pot, add the oil, once it is hot, add oil and rice. Let it cool and stir.
Add the water and salt, the fire should be high. Allow the preparation to boil for no more than 5 minutes. When you notice that the rice is drying (no bubbles appear on the surface), lower the flame to the minimum and cover.
Let cook for 15 more minutes, try the grain, if it is still hard, continue cooking for 5 more minutes. If it is ready, remove the pot from the pan.
