Preparation
In a non-stick saucepan so that the rice does not stick, heat the oil.
Fry the rice until it changes color.
Add the onion and garlic as chopped as possible. Add the carrot juice and white wine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
When you have released the first boil over high heat, lower the flame and cover the pan.
Let it cook until the liquids evaporate.
