  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups rice, precooked
  • 3 cups chicken soup
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips, without seed
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips, without seed
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 mussels, cleansed
  • 10 clams, squeak


Heat the olive oil in a paella over medium heat.
Fry the pork rib until golden, remove and reserve.
Fry the chicken breast until golden brown, remove and reserve.
Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes to change color, remove and reserve.
Fry the chorizo ​​until golden, remove and reserve.
Fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute, add the rice and sauté for two more minutes. Add the broth and peppers and arrange them harmoniously. Incorporate saffron, salt and pepper and mix.
Add the pork ribs, the chicken, the shrimp, the chorizo, the mussels and the clams.
Cover with aluminum foil. Lower the flame of the stove to the minimum and let cook for 45 minutes.


Serve in an extended dish and accompany with bread.


Fry all the meats together, taking care of the cooking time.
