Preparation
Portion the meats and sauté them one by one. Collect the liquids to make the rice later. Cook the peppers in the stove and remove the skin and julienne them. The skin and the seed are removed from the tomato and cut into cubes.
Apart in the paella pan, place the oils with the garlic, the paprika, the tomato, the peppers. The vegetables are sautéed and the meats are added. We stir and add the chicken consommé.
We leave it to preserve and add the rice, finally we add the peas and cover with a plastic. Let it dry.
Finally serve and accompany with white wine or whichever you want.
