Preparation

In a pot, add the olive oil, acitronar the onion and garlic until golden brown. Take them out and reserve. Fry the shrimp quickly and set aside.
Grind garlic and reserved onion, chipotle chili, chicken stock, tomato puree and Knorr® Seasoning MiArroz® in the blender.
Fry the puree in the oil where the shrimp were fried, add the rice and cilantro. Add the water, cover and let cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Uncover the pot, add the clams, shrimp and diced fish. Cover and let cook for 10 more minutes.
To serve.
