Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams chicken
  • 150 grams rabbit
  • sweet paprika, red ground
  • saffron, of flower or in its place, food coloring
  • 3 tablespoons tomtato, grated natural
  • 70 grams green bean, wide or ferrara
  • 25 grams bean, white flat (carob)
  • 25 grams bean, white or tabella
  • Water
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 125 grams Arroz Legumbres La Asturiana® *
  • salt

Preparation

Heat the oil in the paella or paella pan, and when it is hot (without it smoking), add the chopped chicken and rabbit, and brown them carefully over medium heat.
Next, add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Next, making a hole in the middle of the paella, fry the tomato and when it starts to get dark, add the paprika with care that it does not burn, as it would make the paella bitter.
We remove everything well and add water to the edge of the paella.
Let cook the paella for 30 minutes, rectifying salt. Add the rice and the dye or the saffron threads, trying to distribute all the rice well by the paella, and let it cook over a high heat until the rice is at its point and the broth evaporates completely.
