Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 cup onion, slices
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 green bell pepper, cool
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 can red pepper

Preparation

Wash the rice with cold water and drain it.
Inside the express pot, fry the sliced ​​onions until they are crisp.
Add the other ingredients to the pot and mix, simmer 7 to 14 minutes over low heat. Reduce the pressure with cold water.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the rice with your meat of your choice.
